Global Specialty Foods (GSF) is positioned to revolutionize the global food industry by bringing healthier world favorites into local markets.
The company was birthed in 2021 by two black women, Nse and Ope. The duo have successfully operated a restaurant in Saskatoon since 2019.
The GSF dream came to fill the craving that immigrants and international students have for foods from their home country. Our mission is also to satisfy the continuously growing craving of consumers for the exotic.
Our first product, Kilishi is a bold, healthy, heart-friendly snack with an amazingly exotic taste that just makes you crave for more. Kilishi originated from Nigeria and other African countries. It has been an important export commodity to Saudi Arabia and other Asian countries.
